REFUND POLICY

CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS 

Shipping addresses cannot be changed after package is in motion, we will only be using the address provided when the order was originally placed unless contacted prior to shipping. Proper order information confirming the buyer will be needed to begin the address modification.

AM I ABLE TO CANCEL MY ORDER? 

An order can be cancelled prior to fulfillment. Once an order is processed, we cannot modify or cancel a shipment. Returns can be made for 14 days AFTER receiving item. Customer must pay for any fees regarding returns.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once the order is shipped out, you will receive an email confirmation with the corresponding tracking information.
